Webinar Extend your business with Integromat s partner program Cool um yeah good morning everybody my name is core um i represent a company called pretty simple one of integrate partners good we also have uh princy jane um mikko david and utah on the call as well as uh zoe lee from from integramet um yeah this morning's call is about extending your business with automation.

Using integromat and um we have some of the partners from the apac region uh joining the call to share some of their experience and answer some of your questions about using integromat to do that as a start um um our would do a quick round of introductions for the partners on the call um as well as with zoe uh we'll get into four preset questions and um and then get into a q a to allow.

You to um share uh ask some questions around that um so first round of introductions um zoe over to you yeah thank you thank you call uh also thank you for all of you to join us good morning good afternoon good evening my name is zoe and many of you probably already know me and a partnership development manager from integromat and today we have uh our first ever panel.

Discussion with five of our very beloved partners and uh before we dive into the discussion i would like to share uh some quick numbers with you guys about our partner program so we started the partner program with initiative of getting feedback from b2b b2c users and within two years we have onboarded 650 partners in 75 countries and fast forward now our focus of the program has changed into providing partners with better communication better support and a more marketing.

Resource to empower the business to achieve more with integromat and by doing so i hope we hope to form an even stronger network and attract more skilled integriment powered organizations and individuals to become our partner so that's all from my side and now i'll hand over my imaginary microphone back to call thank you cool thanks sari thanks for the introduction uh first one of our.

Partners this morning princey welcome you want to tell us a little bit more about yourself hi everyone so i'm from india and my my main motive is to automate the business like uh i um i talk to different people and i i always try that why they have to do manual work if it can be done automatically so my always approach to them is like why you should do manually if it can be do.

Webinar Extend your business with Integromat s partner program

Or if it can be done automatically and they can have time to focus on the main activities like pitching client and etc so i simply ask them if you are repeating any process then i can automate so my main my main focus is on project management software like click up they can use pickup trike and asana monday.com.

And to manage their leads team team sales team to like they can assign leads over uh click up etc automatically and they can send emails awesome thanks for joining good to have you uh david all right hello everyone david here uh sydney australia um i have um i run a software boutique software development agency and in the past couple of years we realized.

That after having developed a lot of systems for our clients that actually we've been automating things throughout the years just without using platforms and realized that we can actually package that as a service on its own and this is where we also um when we also discovered integromat been using integromat in the last couple of years and very excited about how it helps us achieve our goals and targets with our.

Clients in a very efficient and fast and low cost way and this is it the nature of the service that we provide starts with consultation and implementation and goes into development and integration as well so we pretty much um cover it across the board um and i think that's it at this point i'll pass it on to the next one awesome thank you very much uh see we we've got our video up and running so you can see our faces uh good to be up.

Thanks david thanks for sharing uh utah over to you hi thank you um hello my name is yunta hamaguchi from japan um i'm the leading developer company called naja established in tokyo 9 2019 and we basically work for uh small companies in japan based on uh lease.

Data so that means like we also implement a help companies to drive hubspot and additionally integral marketing but in the government now it's becoming more and more forced that the people start to find such useful uh software and also platform to develop and like everybody said it's much costlessly we can drive our services or business and uh still like later maybe we talk about like maybe situation for each country or.

Something but uh yeah so there's still like some problems but that yeah this week i would like to - Make Automate

Share with you guys later in the past discussion thank you thank you very much utah uh welcome uh mikko tell us about it um hello everyone um i am nico uh i'm the founder of torsata which is a full service digital agency we don't really have a specific focus in.

Automation per se as we do just help um small to medium businesses uh get started on digital transformation so that includes their website and you know getting on a crm getting their company on project management software um and ultimately you know having more optimization and growth for their businesses um see i used to be part of the integromat team for a little over a year before starting dorsata and so i integra.

Met has just been an indispensable tool in our um in our tool bag to help companies awesome cool good to have you on uh yep a little bit more about myself my name is core i run a automation agency called pretty simple based out of cape town um we use mostly low code uh well used integrate to connect cloud-based api enabled apps off the shelf apps um and uh we similar to miko we're uh.

Industry agnostic and and location agnostic so we'll help anybody um out there we actually um enjoy working on diverse projects and applying what we learn in different industries across across the different uh verticals yeah so looking forward to this discussion this morning and learning from the other partners on the call thanks for joining um again the intention just maybe a recap intention objective this morning is from these partners that you've just heard from um for us to share a little bit about what it means to run businesses using.

Integromat how maybe some insights in terms of what we've learned over the past years and offering this as a service and answering some of your questions that you might have about potentially offering this as a service how do you get involved um so we look forward to your engagement please feel free to post any comments or anything in the in the chat um and if there's specific answers that we can get to in the q a you can also post that in the question and answer space but we look forward to to engaging with you on this.

So first question why partner with integra why join as one of the partners um uh princy would you mind getting us going again or david yeah happy to jump in um okay so uh why actually um you know how does it how help to be an integromat partner so first and foremost and i say that from the bottom of my heart is access to a bunch of really great people some of them you see now on video and um.

Seriously i i didn't expect that kind of community to be honest people who are very keen to help each other very happy to share information very happy to share from their experience i personally help others as well as others helping me and it wasn't just a question of helping but literally people who just um out of the blue send out a message say hey check this out what i've done in the last couple of weeks i want to show you and share the knowledge and um the i felt that to me it was a great leg up to um get into uh using integra math in a much.

More professional way um bounce ideas and get feedback from other professionals in this space and um yeah that's that's probably the main thing um we have access to opportunities which is awesome as well uh but to me the people is the first thing awesome very cool go ahead anybody else princess yeah well for me becoming an integra partner was it was a like uh like a.

Pro for me because whenever i get a client he starts like he starts feeling like if i know about integra mate or not i simply send them the integra partner link like go and check and i am connected with the technology i am like partner with integra with so you can trust on me so it's really helpful credibility very cool cool um i can go next uh i feel like integromat um well david already took.

What i think is probably the best thing about the integra med partners program is meeting people um who are incredibly

Smart but also really um uh really kind and willing to help um uh i guess the one one that i will kind of put a spotlight on is how it makes starting a i guess a software or you know services business easier um because the hardest thing about starting a business is getting traction especially initial tracking just getting someone to say yes.

To talking to you right so if they are reaching out to integromat who is then reaching out um to us um through like the you know the the appropriate channels um then you've got a shot right without having to be a master at marketing your services um and you can focus that energy instead on you know creating a competency with integromat and um other things that businesses need so yeah uh integromat partnership program makes it easier to start an incident very cool utah yeah um.

Yes for me like the first like why integral month is uh like i said i thought uh we also use the hot spot and then like the um the the net connect connection between hubspot and the instagram was really like wonderful and what i really like is the visually the integramer is one of the best ui it has as a platform and development platform and then therefore i i just get into it and then later i started talk with zoe and also.

The teams or uh like people in the community and like like everybody said yeah i've never seen like such an active community and really help each other and uh yeah like i just thought okay that's uh really you know uh like for for us is also a really great place to practice and also share the information and also to learn from the others and especially uh.

How safe like learn from the other countries like what is really happening and what kind of tour people are using uh get these ideas it's really like a huge advantage in japan because uh like japan everybody has everybody know that uh there's a japanese barrier that people cannot really enter easily to japan and then also japanese people really didn't get the information from other countries basically but there's a lot of information and there's a lot of that we can also share and also get it.

And it's really i loved it and also uh like i said next zoe is for instance but also for the other strike very easy to communicate and then when there is whatever there is like a technical or uh the problems then they really take care of us and i like it very much as well i just want to say none of us were paid to be on this or paid to promote it so this is all unsolicited um yeah so the community is mostly um currently mostly slack based.

So there's a slack instance where you get invited to to join as a partner and there are regular calls hosted by various partners which are partner specific um i agree um it's it's encouraging to know that no matter what time of day you're busy or up uh it might be middle of the morning well middle middle of the night for you you know that somewhere somebody's up and busy suffering with you so that that actually adds um and yes it's incredible how how openly uh the community shares um both their.

Experience and help troubleshoot the other benefit that i've had with uh being part of the partnership is direct access so you often it's the support um there's some channels open where you can get accurate support quick feedback from from the integra matt team themselves and you build sensible good relationships with them so that's that's been super uh valuable and then you do tend to get kind of early early warnings or early insight in terms of some of the cool and exciting things.

That that's happening so that's also been a great benefit awesome um next question um uh zoe do you want to tell us just tell us a little bit more about the the survey that's out there i'd like to get some information yeah sure thank you cool uh so we as uh call mentioned uh we are having uh various awareness coming up and we really wanted to focus on what you need and what you want from us so we came up with this survey what literally just take you three minutes i will also pop this link for uh you know uh.

Participates already on the panel uh to just spend three minutes fill it up and tell us what you want to hear from us and we will send the invitation accordingly to those people who requested the webinar later on so that's all thank you cool thank you um so next general question is how how would you how do you find where do you find uh profitable work i like the the more profitable work it's.

Easy to find free work but how do you how do you go about finding uh finding profitable automation related work um yuta do you want to tell us a little bit about yeah of course um like the one the great thing for integromat is you can actually connect uh you can say you can approach from the different service that which is connected with the uh integral mod in my case was hubspot um but for others like clicked up.

Right so like uh well as long as you're using the stars like one of the stars which is connected or a good relationship or a good connection with integromat this can be a trigger for you to get like a higher value that you can bring to the customer so um we it's a it's super hot say a hyper flex platform to develop so to be honest it's difficult to sell apps in the world itself because there's like the people ask me okay what you can do.

With integromat and what i can only say is you can do everything you can do anything you want so that's that's not going to trigger people to okay let's buy it so uh it's better to have like the one the industry or some tour or software stars whatever you think it's good and then to uh reach out from uh from this uh this part or this perspective and then as a upgrade or upsell uh to.

Uh bring the integram at us more higher value that you can bring to the customer i think that's uh that's the way we can we can have a like a good profit by that how do you guys do it um there is uh well this is a question that we're always trying to answer um i think something about what really the question also kind of depends on um on uh what you're wanting to get from your.

From your business um so this is really kind of also a business nature question right do you want to become a really expert in integromat or automation in general where you start building you know much much higher uh hourly rates for your hours or services right because you're an expert that can address those big complicated questions um or do you want to be or do you want to expand your team extend the number of the amount of bandwidth you have on the team and try to keep your your costs slow but then you you know address like a larger market with your you know much larger.

Bandwidth um so for dorsata i've actually opted i i first thought that i wanted to get into like that high expert like really in-depth space but i realized that i was more interested in helping um small to medium businesses with everyday questions that they had about integra matt and and you know like the the things that 90 of the people will you know probably have questions and need help on so i've expanded the team to about 15 people and about three of them are dedicated to literally just looking for more um.

Clients uh who you know who bit our our criteria for companies that could benefit and create a lot of value with uh within tiger map so entire map does have that you know channel where people can come in and and um and they ask for your work um but i don't think that that's a sustainable way uh you know you can't really ever rely on one source for for your leads um and so what we do is we use linkedin um we use marketplaces and job ads and we also do uh email outbound campaigns uh to target a specific you.

Know like demographics say we're wanting to focus on e-commerce or real estate um yeah one one great thing would also be just to find an industry and focus on it for a little while um and making sure that the industry is a high volume one so like things like transport real estate um e-commerce like those those businesses derive more immediate value from automation and so are more willing to pay a higher price for your services.

Awesome thanks david yes so um for me the the journey was or the evolution of what i'm doing is is a bit different because i started uh and still am a software developer and the automation is something that got into the mix a bit later in my journey so um for me finding jobs um in this space is primarily when i usually package them with bigger projects or different kinds of projects so let's say i build a custom software for one of my clients and then along.

With it we realized that there will be value from implementing something based on integromat and um this is when we'll go through the uh process of identifying the value identifying the processes defining them and then building them so it's more like an accompanying uh uh service for me then uh being offered 100 by itself i'm actually am packaging it also as an independent service but i find that it's easier to um offer it when i'm already working with the client.

And saying hey you know that i can also help you automate things and most companies just jump on it i think that it's easier because they already know me they already know what i'm doing so it's easier the door is already open and just like mikko said value with automation is usually so immediate you flick it on and immediately you see the value so from that perspective the sell is very easy um unlike for example a software project where you they order a job from you you build it for a few months they now know that they need to market it for a few.

Months and they're already prepared to to lose money for a while before it builds up whereas with automation as i said as you flick it on the values start coming through so um from my perspective selling um is very easy i also want to highlight that for me it also helps me to sell my software projects because i'll give you an example from last month uh working on a pros on a system that integrates between three different platforms i managed to uh set up a proof of concept within two to three hours that shows the whole process on integromat.

Uh something that allowed me very quickly to show something to the client saying hey look this is how it's gonna work yes it's only a proof of concept you can't go live with it but it only demonstrates that i know what i'm talking about and it's doable and now that i gave them the confidence then they were happy to go along with me and now we're gonna go into a project gonna take somewhere between a month to two months to building the real thing but this proof of concept thing is awesome for me it's a great value awesome very cool um.

Yeah i i've also found that in terms of the most profitable workers are they i think integra mat and automation in general allows you to build long client relationships um i've had lines that i've worked with for three years and longer automation in its nature means that you can do you're never quite done with it there's always something else that you can automate to automate better um so i've really found that my most profitable um opportunities are these longer client relationships where we just continue to.

Build a pipeline of automation you get to know their systems you get to know them you get to know what really adds value to them so um really building those longer term relationships has helped me quite a bit princey do you want to tell us a little bit more about what what skills do you think is required to run a an automation business well yes when when three years ago when i come to know about integrate i was thinking that i am from a commerce background like i have done my.

Bachelor's in commerce and i don't have any ideas for coding i don't know anything like i even don't know the html and how i'm gonna use to integrate but then i give a try i just started with a basic course which integra may provide an integromate academy and it was really really helpful like within with just eight to ten videos i was able to build my automations and in just uh 15 days i was like i was.

Able to sell the automations i started get my clients and i started sell them so you don't need the coding skills you just have to follow the videos of integrate academy and then you try them you get errors and you rectify them and even you can ask from the community like it's where they are all are very helpful and so it's really easy to build i found that.

That and in fact the most important is we can visualize the our scenarios like uh like if uh if we are using any trigger then how the data will flow integra shows that so it it's uh it's become easier to plan it [Music] i think i think it would be an interesting survey to do under the current partners who actually has a development background um i have a industrial engineering background uh no.

Coding or development whatsoever um so and and i i actually sell it as a as a differentiator in the fact that i know process and integromat and it's visual builder and really just understanding how the business works and how the processes flow and and having a um kind of a natural desire to know the apps and play around with it i often say i get called a premature adopter so playing around with new apps and and messing around with that is um has been really helpful but um.
